If you would like to report concerns or seek guidance about possible violations of the law,  KHG policy and/or Code of Conduct, the Know-How Group compliance Office is available 24/7. The independent office will review the report and take actions as appropriate in close cooperation with legal and/or other subject matter experts.

Resolution Process

     

  • You make a credible report.
  • Your report is logged in the system.
  • Your report is routed to the compliance office.
  • Compliance Office develops an investigation plan.
  • The investigation proceeds.
  • The allegations are verified or found to be without merit.
  • The appropriate action is taken.
